A maisonette across two floors with a gallery and exposed roof timbers. The largest unit in the house.
The lower floor holds the living area with the ceiling open all the way to the roof — the beams are exposed, sanded and oiled. A timber staircase leads from here to the gallery, where the second bedroom and bathroom are.
Split across two levels, it works well for two couples. Each has their own floor and their own bathroom, and yet everyone meets at the same table.
The living area has a wood stove and a French window onto the balcony. This is the only apartment in the house with two full bathrooms.

How to find us
Stachy lies between Vimperk and Kašperské Hory at 806 metres above sea level. From Prague it is roughly two hours via Strakonice, from České Budějovice an hour and a half. Parking is right by the house and included in the price.
