Terms of stay
Nothing surprising. We have written down what you ask about most often, so you know in advance where you stand.
Booking and payment
A booking becomes binding once a deposit of 50 % of the price of the stay has been paid, due within seven days of confirmation. The balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival; for last-minute bookings, on arrival.
Payment by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice. We do not take cards on site, cash is fine.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. on the last day. A later arrival is no problem, just let us know — we hand over the keys in person.
If leaving at ten in the morning does not suit you and the following day is free, we will gladly move it. Just ask the day before.
Minimum length of stay
- High season (Christmas, spring half-term, July and August): 7 nights, arrival on Saturday
- Long weekends and public holidays: 3 nights
- Off season: 2 nights
Cancellation
- More than 60 days before arrival: full deposit refunded
- 60 to 30 days: cancellation fee of 30 % of the price
- 30 to 14 days: 50 %
- Less than 14 days: 100 %
If you find someone to take your place, we charge no cancellation fee. We recommend taking out travel insurance covering cancellation.
Refundable deposit
On arrival you leave a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 in cash. We return it on departure after checking the apartment.

- Accommodation in an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen
- Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels
- Energy and water
- Parking by the house
- Wi-Fi and a wired connection
- One wellness booking per stay
- Final cleaning
The price does not include
- Municipal tourist tax of [TO CONFIRM] CZK per person per night, payable on site
- Additional wellness bookings
- Dog fee
Pets
We are happy to welcome a dog by prior arrangement, for a fee of [TO CONFIRM] CZK per stay. Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or on the beds. We provide bags and a bowl; please bring your own dog bed.
House rules
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including balconies and terraces.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. We are in a national park and both neighbours and wildlife will appreciate it.
- Parties and events are possible only by prior arrangement.
- Please separate your waste; the bins are by the entrance.
Liability for damage
The person booking the stay is liable for damage caused to the apartment or shared areas. Please report any faults straight away so we can put them right during your stay.
